Refund policy

Jade’s Serenity Stones is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items. We have an optional Route Protection that can be purchased at check out. All items MUST be filed through Route if package is lost, stolen or broken. If you choose not to purchase the additional Route protection at check out, your purchase will NOT be eligible for any type of refund.
